| Good afternoon Dominic Thank you for your assistance in organising and facilitating the Cape Winelands Tour for our Second Year Travel and Tourism students. Your tour guide and coach driver conducted the tour in a professional manner and were able to asist with any questions regarding the tour. I am sure that the students enjoyed the day out of the classroom (enjoying the beautiful part of the Cape), and went home knowing a bit more about how wine is made.
